The U.S. government is a crime syndicate that relies on Police Court
Executive Chancery Admiralty Law to gain advantage over citizens and
persons. Police
Court Executive Chancery Admiralty Law is
foreign to The U.S. Constitution so U.S.
court systems are not necessarily legal or lawful or Constitutional,
and therefore, can be considered fraudulent, especially if they are
expected to follow the rule of law and Bill
of Rights.
This is why many persons realize and say America is gone. It is not
the same wonderful land it used to be. The U.S. crime syndicate
government uses the Social Security number and account to classify
people as federal subjects so they can be subjected to Police Court
Executive Chancery Admiralty Law to strip the citizens of their rights,
wealth, and possessions. The Social Security number which grants jurisdiction (to prosecute) is foreign to
the U.S. Constitution. More on this later.

The Law Enforcement Growth Industry Utterly Failed Murder Victim Brianna Kupfer
As you might have read, Brianna Kupfer was a graduate student at UCLA
Los Angeles, and, worked as manager at Croft House furniture store on
La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, Ca.. While working alone at the store
she was murdered by a male negro Shawn Laval Smith who stabbed and
slashed her to death with 46 sharp force injuries. Smith was convicted of the murder
but, of course, that won't bring Brianna back. She is dead and
her killer received a sentence of life without the possibility of
parole. Consequently, taxpayers must pay for his keep for the
rest of his life.
The killer Shawn Smith had been involved in several criminal actions
jeopardizing peoples' lives and the courts let him go, utterly failing
Brianna Kupfer and the general public for safety reasons. Whether
he was due in court or not he simply left where his former court cases
were and moved on not being required to show up. This useless Law
Enforcement Growth Industry that seeks to criminalize White persons all
the time simply did not keep this murderous negro in jail where he
belonged until trial. As a consequence he eventually carried out
his wish for hating women and White people, murdering Brianna in cold
blood. In addition the killer Shawn Smith was not adequately
tracked so that persons in his vicinity could be warned that he was at
large.
Brianna was such a positive light that it leaves quite a void in
society now that her architecture and design kowledge and potential
family will not be brought into future, but, her life and death did
serve the all-important purpose of separating killer Shawn Laval Smith
from society forever.
The Law Enforcement Growth Industry seeks to strip people of their
weapons with so-called gun laws while they let a killer like Shawn
Smith roam around with very big knives with impunity. How fair is
that? They allow dangerous criminals to roam around robbing,
killing, stabbing people while restricting your 2nd Amendment right to
carry weapons. It should be your right to carry whatever weapon
you can afford to buy without being restricted as long as you are
sane. Insane, dangerous persons belong in an asylum, not at large.
So no matter how you look at it, The Law Enforcement Growth Industry
utterly failed Brianna Kupfer by not keeping her killer out of the
public and by restricting her rights to carry weapons, and by not
warning her that killer Smith was in her area.
