An important turn of events has happened in this case.  The original story is below, but lately sources report that Dr. Dov Zakheim and The State of Israel have been served a lien of about $ 6.9 TRILLION which includes the TRILLIONS already mentioned as embezzled from The Pentagon by Zakheim just before The 9-11 Attacks.
Also, the service of process includes a Miranda notice due to the ensuing criminal investigation on the whole matter.

The biggest outrage is President Bush's appointee to a commission: former Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) and Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Defense Dov Zakheim, the man principally responsible for the fraud, waste, and abuse committed by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and the criminal neocons who surrounded him.
