Clintons Are Directly Responsible
The articles and information I have read claim the psychotronic warfare weapons, aka psycho-acoustics, aka mental torture weapons, were purchased from Soviets and brought in to the United States by the Clintons during Bill Clinton's regime.(1) There is reason to believe this claim is true, especially since such events as the Waco Holocaust which did happen during the Clinton Regime featured such events as weird sounds and lights focused on the compound during the siege. Also there were odd actions like the Davidians who fled the compound in the end encountered something unseen which immediately caused them to do a 180 degree turn and run back into the compound, only to be burned up or crushed. What was the unseen force so horrible they would return back to gunfire, blazes of fire, and collapsing buildings, just to escape it? Enter

It is a most hideous
form of technology designed to destroy the memory and
exert control over human subjects. It consists of sound
vibration, or sound frequency to "buzz up" a human subject, and can
probably be used in conjunction with the National Security Agency's
'Remote Neural Monitoring' system which tracks people, so with tracking
capability added the RHIC EDOM can be applied almost constantly to a
target-victim. I will refer to those
being targeted to receive radiation as 'target victims'.
Sound and frequencies, whether electromagnetic or non-electromagnetic
are still in the realm of
radiation.
The RHIC-EDOM radiation frequency is so effective that even if a target subject covers his or her head with lead shielding, the remaining frequency striking the body travels through the bone and muscle system to the spinal cord which is also attached to the brain, and the subject still receives his or her dosage-treatment of this so-called correctional psycho-acoustic radiation. Since this junk is a technology unexplored by many laypersons as well as professionals, many persons who encounter being treated (attacked) with it are unprepared to deal with the mental effects of it, and since this frequency can be a completely harrassing sort of sensation, I'm certain it robs the target-victim of all patience and perhaps even love. The feeling of being attacked by an unseen force and the seeming inability to stop it must be an absolutely overwhelming feeling of disgust, from an overbearing imposer forcing its way into the victim's body and brain without permission. Consequently the love that one once had may be replaced by hatred. This is what your modern day mentally ill, mental health practitioners are good for: replacing the love in the world with deep, resentful hatred. Not surprisingly, such victims must awaken from sleep after such a radiation session, sometimes feeling as if having been run over by a truck: chronic fatigue, headaches, blurred vision, forgetfulness, etc., sexual disfunction, heart attack, high blood pressure and who knows what all this crap can cause. Your shrink said it can't do that? Your shrink could care less as long as he/she gets paid off of the illness symptoms you complain about. In fact, the more you are buzzed up with RHIC-EDOM, surely the more ill you may become, and surely the richer some doctors or brain dead psychiatrists will become.

If you picture a shooter who has received RHIC-EDOM attacks up to the point he or she goes on the final rampage, you would probably see one who has resigned himself that the attacks which he cannot control are not ever going to end, but he or she does not want to continue receiving attacks, and even though he or she does not wish to die, death may be the only option available to end the personal horror one suffers from Bill and Hillary Clintons' 'new wave' of torture-murder purchased exclusively from Russia. With dolts like the Clintons in office the Russian Premier Kruschaev will prove to have been correct about burying us, as well as others who stated it will happen without the foreign enemy firing a shot. The shooter gathers together his or her business and writes the farewells, having been singled out and tortured for having an 'issue', and begins the last preparations to show the world which left him alone in his/her torture the lesson it deserves, right? The guns which were purchased when the mind-control attacks began, which caused the target-victim to become fearful will now be put to use. THEY WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR FELLOW CLASSMATES, LOVED ONES, FACULTY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND GENERALLY AGAINST ANYONE EXCEPT THOSE WHO CAUSED THIS PROBLEM, THE CLINTONS AND THE 'SICK-JOKE' MENTAL-WARFARE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND BRAIN-DEAD, GREEDY PSYCHIATRISTS, AND MENTAL-HEALTH IDIOTS WHO ARE SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS EXPERTS. TOM CRUISE IS RIGHT ABOUT PSYCHIATRISTS. Actor, Tom Cruise, is correct in his criticism of psychiatrists. J. Edgar Hoover and his F.B.I. are responsible for causing the death of America's beloved writer Ernest Hemingway. Hoover was in direct contact with Hemingway's last doctor, just as he was in contact with Marilyn Monroe's last doctor. Hemingway's shrink's multiple series of electro-convulsive shock therapy eventually destroyed Hemingway's brain cells, regardless of who pulled the trigger on that fatal shotgun. Monroe's doctor had been giving her "special" treatment sessions near her home up to the time of her death. Also, I have become convinced that American Citizens are being treated or attacked according to their political and religious beliefs, and psychiatrists and psychologists follow a political-law enforcement routine to mentally whip subjects into line through mental torture techniques. You think it's funny and this is all B.S.? Wait until that person who has been absent from class meets you in the hallway.............WITH GUNFIRE !!!!!!!!! 4 More Slain Officers
