New Year's Day began with a bang as yet another law enforcement officer, Deputy Suzanne Waughtel-Hopper, was gunned down-killed in the line of duty in Clark County, Ohio.  Deputy Hopper had reportedly responded to a report of shots fired and was shot to death instantly with a shotgun by a man in a trailer there in the mobile home court, according to reports.  This Deputy who was married and mother of 2 children and had a lot of living still to do, was unnecessarily wasted.  (1) This editor has had telephone threats preceded by gunfire outside the building, and one must wonder whether these so-called 'reports of shots fired' are authentic, or some quota to fill the phony anti-terror reports lists to keep the D.C. CONS in business - a pretext for stating a need for more law enforcement enrollment, and the precursor for declaring Martial Law. Who will ever know if the man who killed Deputy Hopper had committed an immediate offense, or whether he simply knew of all the phony government watchlists and phony anti terror government scams and was determined not to end up in one of the many F.E.M.A. concentration camps which are still being built and improved to this day?  No doubt, many Americans who believe they could get captured and exterminated in a government 'relocation center' would rather take out some of those who would put them there. CURRENT MODERN DAY LEGISLATION DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULE OF LAW AND ENDANGERS LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL UNNECESSARILY. CURRENT LAW ASSESSES A SLAVE-LIKE STATUS TO PERSONS WHO HAVE CONVICTIONS.

This is where the current U.S. so-called laws are stupid and dangerously against law enforcement officers.  There is not to this editor's knowledge any law in the original Constitution or Bill of Rights which denies a citizen convicted of a serious crime the right to have his/her rights restored.  Having one's rights restored includes having the right to own and bear firearms.  Today's lawyers and Congress personnel have created a big business out of creating one law after the other, which also includes some laws which are totally unconstitutional and therefore UNLAWFUL.  They have mandated new laws which prohibit convicted felons from possessing firearms, and in today's world of random public violence it is a known fact that one needs an efficient personal firearm on one's person to defend oneself. When a felon is approached by a law officer, say at a traffic stop for example, and that felon or ex-felon is in possession of a gun, he or she knows it is currently considered a violation and warrants prison time.  What do you think that felon or ex-felon is going to do? That's correct; he or she will either submit to arrest, processing, and go back to prison, or he/she will use the firearm on the accosting officer, for the resentment of being considered a non-citizen whose life is not worth defending is too much to bear for the felon, and there is likely always the temptation to gun down the cop and run.   Such a shooting incident happened in Georgia recently when a Georgia State Trooper, Chadwick LeCroy, of Marietta, Georgia was in the process of stopping a motorist for a headlight out.  Gregory Favors reportedly fled and wrecked his car with Officer LeCroy in pursuit.  When Officer LeCroy approached Favors' wrecked vehicle Favors allegedly fired several gunshots striking Officer LeCroy in the head and/or neck.  One report said he was shot twice in the face and another report states he was killed by a shot to the neck.  (2) Favors knew the laws and obviously did not want to go back to prison.  How many hundreds or thousands of times has this same scenario played out where the unlawful status of felon follows a person forever, and because a citizen is forever condemned for lawyers and The Law Enforcement Growth Industry to make money off of, another officer pays the ultimate price and is killed in the line of duty?  When will the citizens of America wake up and understand that those ex offenders want to be on the side of the law, but cannot ever get there due to the unlawful, unconstitutional process of branding a criminal status on an individual forever, all in a land called land of the free.  What a bunch of stupid crap. Any law enforcement officer should rather have the citizens, all citizens, on their side in order to deal with the glut of immediate crimes that are committed.  Restoring the rights of former offenders might not make as much money for lawyers and The Law Enforcement Growth Industry, but it would save the lives of countless numbers of U.S. citizens and police and law enforcement officers throughout America. Surely none of us glory in any person's murder, but cops and all law enforcement agents are going to lose bigtime under the current unlawful edicts and emergency legislation which now rules over America.  These ungodly felon laws are the equivalent of assessing a former offender to a life of hell with no redress of grievance to regain one's rights, and were never a good idea. Why should the lawyers who insist on making money off of former offenders, and the senile U.S. Congress be allowed to force these dangerous, unjust edicts upon the American public, when it is unlawful in the first place to deny a citizen his/her rights, and it is unlawful to convert or conspire to convert a right into a crime?!
