       The International Court of Justice, which has apparently been granted powers by U.S. Supreme
Court Judges to arrest U.S. Personnel on U.S. Soil, has reactivated the warrants and subpoenas for
V.P. Richard Cheney, P.M. Tony Blair, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, and ten other top U.S.
Officials who had been under an immunity status, due to non payment of the Leo Wanta Trillions,
and lately Secretary Gates has been warning of U.S. war with China and Russia.
       The repayment of money which had been earmarked for repatriation back into the U.S. Treasury
has been repeatedly sabotoged, necessitating the empowerment of U.S. Treasury enforcement
agents to arrest anyone who stands in the way of recovering the money.  
       German Chancellor, Angela Merkel,and other British officials have also been named in the
warrants. This crisis is causing a maximum banking and international tension which is threatening
to "short the dollar", thus causing a massive devaluation of U.S. currency in order to stop Bush-
Cheney and their criminal counterparts from realizing any profit by keeping the giga fund. That
would mean you and I, the American Citizen would suffer the final blow, finishing off what's left of
us, economically, due to the criminal misdeeds of the Bush-Cheney Regime. Congress and the
military should have stopped these scum bastards in high Freemason U.S. Skull and Bones office
before now, and it may be too late to help the United States recover from this totally avoidable
possible conflagration. Too many freemasons in the works keep obstructing justice.  Neither you,
nor I can even go down the road without the proper stickers on our vehicles, yet these scum can rob us
day and  night after forcing us to pay unconstitutional tax money, without representation, and they have
a veritable gun to our heads to do it with.

Repatriation Funds have been blocked recently by Hillary Clinton and Dick Cheney and moved from
