This past week C-Span television aired a discussion of the illegal, unconstitutional surveillance which the U.S. government authorities have been conducting, spying on U.S. citizens, and Rep. Robert Wexler heard statements and testimony from members of a Quaker Church who testified for the record that surveillance spying was done on their Quaker church during services, and more importantly, that none of the subject victims at services were calling long distance to overseas telephone numbers, and none were talking to terrorists, etc.., so we as Americans can see a pattern of lying by the administration officials who claim that the only domestic spying done is to terrorist affiliates and the like who call overseas, etc.. Chief speaker for the church was Richard Herth on "The Truth Project" who is a middle aged, older person who is disabled at least to some extent, and he pointed out that the only people who were present during the surveillance radiation of his church were mostly older, or disabled folks, or those who absolutely are innocent, innocuous people, and there was absolutely no just cause for the authorities to spy on them whatsoever. The first thing one might wonder about such incidents like this which are apparently happening around the country is: what is the purpose of such atrocities, and is it to instill fear in the general public? I had heard of other churches being spied on, even with fly-over by black helicopters. One particular such event was described on radio by a pastor several years ago whereupon the entire congregation went outside and all members waived at the black helicopters!!!!! I think the possibility of causing fear in citizens is a likely motive, and such a power tool is most likely designed to attempt increased control over those of us who are not involved with such highhanded tactics and programs, the message being, "don't step out of line, ....we are watching you". So it may be intended to cause citizens (subjects) to "obey". But isn't this the nature of the whole anti-terror program? Isn't it designed to instill fear in the hearts and minds of Americans in order to justify the huge national defense racket and budget? According to author Uri Dowbenko, the word "Al Qaida" means "the database", and was begun as a computer file of the many Mujahideen trained by C.I.A. to fight the Russians. This was apparently admitted by a former British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook.(1.) So our media picks up on this programmed information and feeds it to the public and regularly insists, or at least, implies that we are in constant danger. I am not suggesting the United States and it's neo-con policies have not angered a great many nations and races and religions across the globe, but I do believe the constant terror threat level is basically greatly exaggerated and just as the 9-11 Attacks disaster was staged and phony, perhaps any near future such attacks on the U.S. may be pseudo-attacks, also. But there must be reasons, pretexts, or some sort of cause to justify the spending of all the phony Patriot Act money, money which apparently has not all been allocated by correct procedure or else the four major agencies who have not balanced their books would be able to account for their budget and money. N.A.S.A. and the Department of Defense are two such departments that cannot provide the figures necessary to certify the audit by the G.A.O. (United States Government Accountability Office). The other two agencies which received "disclaimers of opinion" on their fiscal year 2005 financial statements were, The Department of Energy, and The Department of Homeland Security!!!! (2.) Now you begin to see the picture. Since the vast emergencies have been created, the urgent need to spend the money finds agents looking for a pretext to put on a spy report sheet to validate the need for a 'special detail', as they are sometimes called by law enforcement, whereupon some unsuspecting citizen, or church group, or anti-war peace group becomes the subject victim(s) of radar, or infra red laser, or microwave-listening devices which can actually become weapons when persons are radiated with them! There are links to, and data of blatant discrepancies of the causes of The 9-11 Attacks at www.informamerica.net, and many citizens are already aware that these attacks were phony. For now in this free article I 'd like to confine the discussion to how the phony police reports are generated as a pretext to spy on an innocent person or groups by offering you, the reader, a "possibility". Are
some police reports phony, but official?
Let's say,
for the purposes of discussion, a retired, former F.B.I. chief, or
agent
is paid by someone who does not particularly like you to issue what is
commonly referred to as a "courtesy report" about you to your local law
enforcement department(s). Perhaps there are lying witnesses
who have
been paid a sum of money to say on the report that you or your group is
either crazy, or at least very emotionally disturbed, or mentally ill,
or mentally incompetent, and this courtesy report may or may not get
notarized, but appears to be an official document when it becomes the
property of the police department even though it could be completely
false or greatly exaggerated.
Let's say the untruthful statements have been worded to the extent that law enforcement in your area now list you as suspect, or suspicious, and a "person of interest" despite the fact you may not have been in court in twenty years, or not in court ever maybe, but the statements can be construed to indicate you or your group can be a threat, or are a threat to yourself or yourselves, or to others. A detail, or sometimes a 'special detail' may be ordered to do surveillance on you at your home, or at your workplace, and the money allocated, possibly misappropriated from The Department of Homeland Security, is paid out to, perhaps either an on duty or even an off duty police or sheriff's officer, or military person, to radiate you, spy on you with some of the aforementioned surveillance weapon devices, like infra red laser. The more lies and disinformation of a negative type which can be generated about the subject the more the pretext for more courtesy reports, and of course, more surveillance radiation sessions on the subject. (Do you ever wonder why there are such increased cancer rates?) With the constitution in suspension in favor of war powers act emergency procedures, the government agents do not have to actually get a warrant, the phony courtesy report replaces the function of legal warrants and more or less becomes probable cause. So the target victim of a false courtesy report can be relatively radiated constantly with no record available in many instances to prove the surveillance radiation. It is entirely possible this type of radiation done over repeated applications can cause regurge disease, blindness, cancer, heart disease, both stroke, and high blood pressure, panic attacks, immobility, sleeplessness, headaches, stomach problems, sexual dysfunction and a pageful of other health problems as well as tumors and eventual DEATH.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do not object now to your rights being violated, how will you protest it when you have no more right to protest, perhaps when there is no more internet, no more possibility of addressing a senator and/or congressperson, no more freedom to assemble, no more freedom to travel, to publish, no more right to legal counsel, etc., how will you object then????!!! 2006- Now that an alleged pedophile suspect was arrested for the murder
of JonBenet Ramsey I'd like for you to stop now and consider how much
microwave and/or infra-red laser surveillance or other "acoustics" were
probably focused on the late Patsy Ramsey, mother of JonBenet, by U.S.
law enforcement ( a "growth industry") in an ongoing effort to pin the
murder rap on her. Yes, as is the case with many
"surveillance"
target-victims, she contracted cancer again and suffered an untimely
death. I believe, and have the right to state and publish, that the U.S. various law enforcement agencies undergo policy-agenda conflicts which cause them to attempt to frame certain persons for crimes which were committed by government agents, or informants, and such frame-ups are assisted by some news media sources and companies.
