A county near the one that unjustly jailed the American World Champion chess legend, Bobby Fischer, is facing heat now for the recent deputy sheriff shooting of an apparently unarmed and possibly innocent passenger of a vehicle which had
reportedly been speeding and this has warranted an F.B.I. investigation into the incident at Chino, Ca., San Bernardino County, California.

The victim, Senior Airman Elio Carrion, 21, was, according to videotape evidence, apparently trying to comply with an order or request to get up off the ground and can be heard saying "I'm going to get up, all right?"  The Deputy then fired at Carrion 3 or 4  times from nearly point blank range of about five feet striking him in the chest, leg, and shoulder.  Carrion's  wife,  Mariela,19, said when he came out of surgery Carrion said, "they shot me for no reason."   (1.)    UPDATE....... TUESDAY, MARCH, 7TH, 2006...MSNBC HAS JUST ISSUED AN ANNOUNCEMENT THAT DEPUTY IVORY  JOHN WEBB  JR. WILL  BE  CHARGED  WITH  ATTEMPTED  VOLUNTARY  MANSLAUGHTER WHICH CARRIES A POSSIBLE 18 YEAR SENTENCE FOR CONVICTION  IN THE SHOOTING OF CARRION.

Update:  Deputy Ivory John Webb, Jr. has been cleared by a jury in June of 2007 according to the L A  Times.


DAWN RAE NELSON KILLED BY COP

This incident is one of numerous incidents where aggressive police intervention has caused death or injury to persons who seem to be either innocuous or just bystanders in various parts of the U.S..  One college girl was killed by a rubber bullet from a riot officer's gun when she simply walked out into the street.

An Ahwatukee Foothills, Az. mom, Dawn Rae Nelson, was murdered by officer Dan Lovelace as she tried to exit a drug store parking lot with her baby in the backseat car seat after she allegedly tried to fill a suspicious prescription several years ago.  I  hardly think filling a phony script is cause for a death sentence with no trial.  The officer grazed her car with his motorcycle, tipping the cycle down and he attempted to use this as cause for shooting her to death, but it looked from photos more like she had simply opted to leave and was not trying to run the officer down.

This incident occurred Oct.11, 2002 shortly after 3 p.m. at the drive through window of a Walgreens at Warner and Dobson roads, Chandler, Arizona which is near Phoenix, Arizona.   Her 14 month old son in the car seat in the back was not hurt.  (2.)  Officer Lovelace was charged with second-degree murder and felony endangerment and was arrested and released on $ 50,000.oo  bond on Nov. 7, and indicted by a grand jury and fired from the police force Nov.14, but I think he eventually beat that rap, the resulting suit and settlement costing the community $1.9 million.  (3.)

DENVER PATRIOT MOM, DAVIS

Lately a  Denver, Co. 50 year old patriot-mom whose son is serving for Bushfraud in the military in Iraq was yanked off a Denver city bus and arrested for not showing an I.D. to cops.  She had shown identification before, but as her bus kept passing by the Denver Federal Center the cops kept boarding the buses demanding to see identification, and as she had reportedly found out there is no legal law within the U.S. which requires an American citizen to carry or use identification, she simply refused to show  identification anymore.   Her case is due to come up in court soon as she is apparently not paying the fine and ticket-citation.

If one looks at the case of  "Brown Vs. Texas", and "Kolender Vs. Lawson", and other such landmark cases, one begins to see a pattern of abuse of the U.S. Constitution by law enforcement officers and departments who are sworn to uphold the law and serve and protect, and lately that abuse has carried over to committing acts of violence and death  upon  U.S. citizens.

It is the instigation of wealthy corporate powers and rich elite families and groups who insist on "verifying" a person's identity.   I imagine  this instigation funds policies and unconstitutional ordinances such as the I.D. law (phony if it's unconstitutional)  to cite and arrest Denver mom, Davis.   It is surely the compulsion placed upon law enforcement officers by programs instigated by wealthy groups which are causing damage to the rights and privacy of U.S. citizens.  If each and every U.S. citizen does not resist this communist-nazi elitist demand to know who we are when and wherever we travel, then more stringent and beastly forms of identification will ultimately be forced on us.

Would it not serve the system right if citizens told the brownshirts that whenever our leaders are tried and punished for their high crimes including mass murder, treason, theft, and misrepresenting weapons of mass destruction, and brought to justice then we citizens would resume paying taxes, and offering at least a name for an i.d., and might possibly feel like complying with basic laws???

But until then just tell the brownshirts to bug off!!!?

On the other hand, citizens already seem to be waging a war in the shadows against authority.   Less than two years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada a police radio conversation was overheard concerning a bullet hole shot through the trunk area of an F.B.I. car!!!!  Recently, in or near the Denver, Co. area an officer was heard describing how "they" were ramming her officers' patrol cars!!!

When will the authorities ever learn they cannot legislate respect for law?  It must be earned.  What will law enforcement agencies do when they have lost the good will of the majority??!  ( In fact, has this happened, already?!)  It takes the help and cooperation of citizens to make a system work, no matter how hard the brownshirts beat up the civilians.   As more and more parks, roadsigns, bridges, streetlamps, communications boxes, etc. are destroyed by disgruntled, upset, enraged  civilians there will be less and less left of America which is good and useful and even the filthy rich will not be able to put Humpty back together again.    End

According to reports the officer was part of stepped up patrols and surveillance due to "neighbor" request.  How often must it continue to happen?  Citizen goes out to see what's going on only to be met by waiting officer(s) who attempt to gain control of the subject, according to their FBI-CIA training, and murder another property owner - citizen.  Of course, it can all be a setup where the "neighbor" 'tip' is phony and is a pretext for arranging a murder by positioning the hit team 'on stakeout'.

That question, even without an answer, makes most “law-abiding taxpayers” go into knee-jerk conniptions. The indoctrinated masses all race to see who can be first, and loudest, to proclaim that it is NEVER okay to forcibly resist “law enforcement.” In doing so, they also inadvertently demonstrate why so much of human history has been plagued by tyranny and oppression.

In an ideal world, cops would do nothing except protect people from thieves and attackers, in which case shooting a cop would never be justified. In the real world, however, far more injustice, violence, torture, theft, and outright murder has been committed IN THE NAME of “law enforcement,” than has been committed in spite of it. To get a little perspective, try watching a documentary or two about some of the atrocities committed by the regimes of Stalin, or Lenin, or Chairman Mao, or Hitler, or Pol Pot, or any number of other tyrants in history. Pause the film when the jackboots are about to herd innocent people into cattle cars, or gun them down as they stand on the edge of a ditch, and THEN ask yourself the question, “When should you shoot a cop?” Keep in mind, the evils of those regimes were committed in the name of “law enforcement.” And as much as the statement may make people cringe, the history of the human race would have been a lot LESS gruesome if there had been a lot MORE “cop-killers” around to deal with the state mercenaries of those regimes.  more at copblock.org

8 Cops Fire More Than 90 Bullets To Kill Unarmed Former 'Student-Cop'

Eight police officers fired more than a reported 90 bullets at a former 'student-cop' type of guy who had been in the Explorer Academy.  He had been removed from the Explorers for disciplinary reasons, but police reportedly will not disclose the exact reason(s) why Abdul Arian, 19 was removed from the program.  What did he know that may have involved today's police procedures that could have led to such overkill?  It doesn't take 8 cops to kill a guy.  His survivors have reportedly filed a $ 120 MILLION lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles.

Lots of unanswered questions here.  Why would the now deceased former student cop have made such reported statements about having a gun, etc., knowing it gives cops cause to shoot?  Hopefully, a full examination of the 911 call he had with the dispatcher will be forthcoming and made public.
