    The designation as the "king of pork", added to the other online comments concerning the late Democrat Rep John Murtha's alleged suspicious lobbying activities leaves an air of suspicion over his doctor negligence-death.

     Since one of his related defense lobbying firms, PMA, was raided by the FBI in November 2009, and another firm, Kuchera Industries & Kuchera Defense Systems was also reportedly investigated by feds, one must regard Murtha's death as at least 'possibly convenient' for some person(s) since he took whatever possible future testimony with him concerning the reported $ 100 million in 'earmarks', etc..

     Gall bladder surgery is not usually fatal, although complications can arise from any such surgery.  However, gall bladder surgery has also been referred to as a rather 'routine procedure'.

     At times this editor wondered about Murtha's professed interest in seeing the troops home, but how hardly can someone beholden to lobbying and lobbyists, and various defense industry firms give a fair vote?

     Perhaps there may be no direct evidence providing 'intent' on the part of Murtha's doctors and surgeons, but the fact remains that it was doctor negligence and unneccessary 'complications' which ended the life of Mr. Murtha, undoubtedly a great statesman.  But the second, important, element of Mr. Murtha's death is the TIMING OF THE NEGLIGENCE, is it not?

    Anyone who has looked at all the abuses of Constitutional rights of Americans since the 911 phony attacks on America must know full well the extent Americans are losing rights.  The 911 investigation panel was stymied and obstructed at every juncture and there is mounting evidence of criminal wrongdoing of U.S. persons in high office involved in the 911 World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks, yet according to articles published in the mainstream media this new round of Patriot Act legislation may apparently become law soon, as there were only three dissenting members of congress against it.
     One would have to wonder what in the name of God Congress is thinking to vote for such nazified propaganda as this new Patriot Act.  The first Patriot Act was bad enough.  Now as the Department of Homeland Security is becoming empowered to rule over what you may or may not remove and keep from your own safe deposit box one can  see that an extremely critical point has been reached in America where once the power to preserve our Constitution is gone it may very well never come back!  The only explanation I can come up with for this many congresspersons to pass such legislation is they must be BRIBED and "BOUGHT OFF"!
    I know that's saying a lot, but what the hell else can you possibly figure has happened when the proposed legislation is so blatantly unfair, unjust, unconstitutional, oppressive, illegal, and gestapo-like?          So much evidence has surfaced including the testimony of witnesses like Mr. Rodriquez, a former janitor of the World Trade Center, who rescued victims the day of the attacks, and he still declares there was a big explosion BELOW him where he was on a lower floor BEFORE the planes hit the towers.  How about Sibel Edmonds' testimony?  She was disallowed to attend her own hearing last year and she has evidence from the messages she received while an F.B.I. linguist of transmissions concerning top people in U.S. Government alleged to be linked with the attacks, etc..
    Do you really think congress does not know about all this and much more?  If these and other witnesses are silenced and not allowed to make their evidence public these United States may well be a goner beyond repair. BEVERLY ECKERT, 911 WHISTLEBLOWER ASSASSINATED
     Whatever happens next for America and Americans should not be business as usual. The current thugs in high U.S. offices are threatening to remove any individual sovereignty we have left.  Since when should a Department of Homeland Security thug be vested the power to open our safe deposit boxes when the D.H.S. and Department of Defense could not even balance their own books?!  ( See my article "C-Span Panel Indicates Government Lying About Surveillance" ) So tell your congressman/woman if they can't count you certainly don't want them to have that kind of power.
    Ask your senator or representative if he/she is going to vote to pass the next Patriot Act or repeal the last one. If they tell you they're for it, ask them to please tell you how losing what's left of our rights is worth a flying damn!!   Then ask them how much they were paid and bribed for!!!!!  Why else would they vote for it????!!!!!!  Why do you believe our so-called lawmakers would sit still for our country to be overwhelmed by the removal of so many freedoms our veterans and forefathers have fought for?  To remove the rights of American citizens with the Patriot Act, an act which is not patriotic at all, rather quite the opposite of patriotic, is to spit on and curse every grave and gravestone and memory of every beloved veteran and person who fought for our country!  Other than being bought off and bribed the only explanation one might arrive at is that congress literally has a gun or many guns pointed at its heads.  I mean it may be possible that our members of congress have literally been threatened in some way and, or promised retaliation for not going along with what the current White House regime demands.

    I have read documents which state that the Red Chinese Secret Police have been committing murders of U.S. citizens on American soil with relative impunity for decades, the same Red Chinese so many articles accuse former Pres. Bill Clinton of conspiring with and selling national secrets to.  I have also read articles describing how the Israeli secret spy agency, the Mossad have been doing the same kind of operations here on American soil.  Whomever is responsible for letting these killer types of foreigner "friends" into the U.S. to do covert
operations of any kind is guilty of high treason, public criminal endangerment, conspiracy, and a host of other crimes I'm sure.  In fact the latest mention of a foreign country spying and operating inside the U.S. is M I-6, of Great Britain.  MI-6 is the offshoot of MI-5 and has even been mentioned as complicit in the murder of Lady Diana in some articles which are in print in public domain.
    Why are all these foreign agents swarming inside the U.S. these days and who let them in and allows them to operate?
    One article I have examined from the internet describes how our U.S. telecommunications companies somehow were caused to make their "portals" and "gateways" available to some of these foreign spy agencies such that Americans and their families could be spied on by these foreigners.  Our emails and telephone calls were (are?) probably the most vulnerable.  This is a grandiose gross violation of the fourth amendment rights guaranteed to Americans and given away to foreigners by the highest authorities in the United States of America.
    How much money, drugs, etc. did these high officials receive for the betrayal of virtually every American alive recently?  Can you imagine the created, contrived risk this has caused law enforcement in the  U.S.?  How can they do their jobs with so much spying and  disinformation being spread not only by foreign agents but also by U.S. military psyops outfits?
    The general element of danger which has gripped the United States since 9-11 is unnecessary, reckless, and will ultimately prove to be a costly and lingering affair.
    When I lived in one major city several years ago in the U.S. I happened to be residing in a predominantly black neighborhood and was constantly bombarded with hate e mails from people I did not know who did not know me and I was called one racial slur after another just because of my geographical location.  Want to destroy a country?   Let a few agents in to do dirty psyops jobs and cause a lot of unnecessary insults and create lots of hatred.
    Since the National Security Agency has been in with the telecommunications outfits for decades why would the government suddenly need a Patriot Act to spy on Americans?   They haven't needed old fashioned bugs for years and can simply turn a switch or cursor on a console and listen in to a phone, for example, any time they wish.  There were no weapons of mass destruction, 911 was a phony "put up" job, there's no need for a special act to listen in on the phones, etc., and the government should not have the right to dictate to you that you cannot remove and keep silver, gold, and other items from your own safety deposit box just because some brownshirt bastards have been going around from D.H.S. and lecturing banksters at banking seminars!
    Your country is being overcome and deals are being made in secret this very moment and you, an American Citizen, should do what you can to protest it and resist it as much as possible.
