The PROMIS, or
Prosecutors Management Information System software can keep track of
many persons, places, events, facts and more, while possessing the
ability to interpolate between various binary, or "computer language"
inputs at the same time, so nearly every single officer and
intelligence agent in the U.S. who may have the power to effect the arrest
of President George W. Bush and/or Dick Cheney, can be tracked
nearly anywhere and the software will, of course, notify Bush
officials anytime such persons or military officers get anywhere near the
President or his henchmen. PROMIS will even speculate and offer
predictions on where a person will be at a given time, thus indicating
where/when The President's path may cross the path of adversarial
arresting officers of the law.
Now that
GOP former leader Tom Delay has been testifying before Special Prosecutor
Fitzgerald's Grand Jury in late May as has George Tenet, the Bush Crime
Family has lots to worry about since Delay had knowledge of the
reported assassin teams in the U.S. who allegedly may have killed the
late JFK Jr., as well as other murder information, but arresting and
prosecuting Bush & Co. may be difficult since more, sudden trips
to Cancun, Mexico can easily be arranged anytime the badges
get close to him.
Bush is
so dangerous he needs to be arrested and jailed without bond and quarantined so that
he may not signal and contact his various crime member
counterparts to gain leverage to free himself, but arrest and prosecution
beyond this PROMIS software may be very difficult. The various
crime families in the U.S. have more access to satellite imagery systems
and other intelligence systems than some standard law enforcement
departments have, so citizens and honest politicians are at extreme
risk as long as the highest officials in the land have proven to be absolutely
ruthless and criminal. As long as Bush has the White House secured as

Here we have a situation where the legal tools (software, & NSA tracking systems), intended for use by U.S. legal
officials against criminals,
are commandeered by the biggest criminals in the land who are in high office, then
turned against the entire country, and possibly used to avoid arrest and/or
prosecution, ie. service of process. You could probably say for certain
these tracking systems and PROMIS software played a major role
in perpetrating the 911 WTC and Pentagon attacks of September
11.
If the U.S. law states that a President of the United States may not be arrested before
impeachment, the astute Dr. Stefan Grossmann has pointed out that since
Bush was not duly elected he may not enjoy that jurisdictional
protection!
Albert Gore won the
2000 election and should have been inaugurated.
Does it give you a
rather "hollow" feeling to think that it may be possible the highest official
in our land could be playing "tag" with legal officials and officers
who desire to arrest Mr. Bush? You're probably not alone in that regard.

Tom Heneghan, national security expert reports that half the military and
three supreme court judges may be ready to approve arrest of
Bush. If
Bush is not arrested soon, before October, I think it may be possible that another

Story's latest report today contained news of possible high level U.S.
Arrests, to include past Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, members of
Congress, etc..
"(2): We understand that a total of 163 prominent individuals, many from
Congress, plus George Bush 41, William Clinton 42 and George Bush 43,
plus THREE current and former US Supreme Court Justices, will be
arrested on the basis of arrest warrants in the light of the continued
sabotage and the deadline for the Chinese to implement their LIEN on
the US Treasury."
