Several sources have reported that military aircraft are directly spray-poisoning The United States with phosgene, some of which may have been transported to Arkansas, U.S. from Saddam Hussein's Iraq during or about the time of the Iraq War.

The following video claims that the late John Wheeler III, who was found dead in a landfill, had attempted to warn people of the spraying of poisons onto the U.S. and was subsequently murdered to silence him.

S.A.M. is short for SURFACE-TO-AIR-MISSILE

If each state of The Union develops their own Surface-To-Air-Missile programs, any hostile chemtrail plane which threatens to spray their area could easily be neutralized if proper legislation is passed.

A surface-to-air-missile, as you may know, is a rocket propelled missile launched from the ground to hit an aerial target.  Modern day SAM's can be extremely efficient, reach up to very high altitudes, and completely obliterate the target.

Air Traffic control towers could issue a general warning for all aircraft to stand down.  Then, as each offending chemtrail plane is identified, those that refuse to cease hostilities and stop spraying could be launched on by a local, state owned surface-to-air-missile.  Problem solved.  Clean air and clear skies return.  Relief from: many respiratory illnesses and problems, crop failures, floods, droughts, some tornados and other destructive weather patterns, eye conditions and problems.

If it is necessary for a state to secede from The United States in order to regain state's rights in order to install the S.A.M.'s, then secession should take place.  Each and every state needs its own Surface-To-Air-Missile system, especially border states.

You say Washington D.C. and the D.C. 'CONS' might not like that?  What damned difference does it make?  They're deliberately killing us, anyway.
