Jiverly Wong Reportedly Killed 13 Persons and Himself.
The complaints left behind in
the letter of the late Binghamton, N.Y. shooter, Jiverly
Wong, are strikingly exactly like those of other victims of electronic harassment.
The references to the 24 hours a day electronic surveillance, the automatic turning on of the fan and changing of channels (television, etc., presumably), the traffic stops, the police-FBI type Cointelpro tactics of rumor-mongering the victim, home breakins and invasions of privacy.
Also, the mention of touching one in their sleep can refer to microwave pulse systems and acoustic guns and weapons. He mentioned the "technique of ultramodern and camera", to possibly illustrate the infra red camera and the infra red laser, aka IR laser, which can go beyond the walls of most homes, which is also mentioned here: at How Feds Murder People.
He went on with, "for connect the music in my ear", which is done with the device
which there is an actual patent for, the neurophone, where sound can be beamed
directly through the human skull bypassing parts of the ear to be heard by the victim.
More and more good citizens and police officers are being victimized by these
ultrasonics crews, some of whom may be police personnel, who must sit back and
laugh at the results of all these horrible shootings, but to most American Citizens and to the victims and the survivors it is not funny and we are not laughing.
Why has Congress continued to allow pork budgets to CIA-police agencies to fund such madness as these ultrasonics surveillance squads which Bush-Cheney, and the Clintons left us with?!
Now you see why there is a Constitutional law against unlawful domestic spying and wiretapping, and surveillance. There are reasons our founding fathers of America left us with these wonderful laws and rights, but the modern CIA US Government which continues perpetuating itself by installing a new CIA President every term has run over the Citizens of America and jams these unlawful surveillance squads down our throats. They commit crime after crime and get off scot free and persecute We The People for every broken tail light on our vehicles, and for every dime of unpaid illegal income tax!
If you value your family, good citizens, good law officers, you should speak out on
this issue at every opportunity. It would serve Washington D.C. Bums right if they had no tax money for a few years from citizens and all of America went on a Tax Tea Party!

Someone or persons apparently sent an explosive envelope to police at the downtown Toledo Police Department, and injured at least two officers. A lieutenant and a detective were affected by the blast with a white powdery substance and underwent decontamination procedures, etc.. This show of rejection of law enforcement is only a small drop in the bucket of the total rejection of U.S. law enforcement and the glut of public gestapo police tactics currently being inflicted on the citizens.
As more news of the government offical death squads emerges, the people will continue rejecting the current and past regimes, aka 'administrations', of The United States and are demanding accountability.
